羊水过少与妊娠结局110例临床分析

目的:探讨羊水过少和妊娠结局的关系。方法:超声监测羊水指数,记录分娩时的羊水总量<300ml的病例110例,结合分娩情况进行临床分析。结果:羊水过少,发生于孕周>42周占34.48%(10/29),孕40～42周占8.32%(57/685),孕37～39+6周占2.75%(40/1455),<37周者占5.08%(3/59)。110例中有妊娠合并症者占48.18%(53/110),剖宫产率为46.36%(51/110)。结论:羊水过少提示胎儿宫内情况不良,适时采取适当的方式终止妊娠,取得良好的妊娠结局。

Clinical Analysis of 110 Cases of Oligohydramnios

Objective:To investigate the relationship between oligohydramnios and pregnancy outcome.Methods:Measuring the amniotic fluid index by B ultrasonic and note the volume of amniotic fluid in labor, analysis the pregnancy outcome.Results:Oligohydranmios, exceed 42 gestational week constituted 34.48% in 40~42 gestational week constituted 8.32%, cases in 37~39 6 week constituted 3.43%, cases under 37 gestational week was 5.08% cases with high risk pregnancy constituted 48.18%,the rate of cesarean section was 46.36%.Conclusion:Oligohydranmios hints file condition of fetal is bad and require us to adopt right measure of delivery to determine pregnancy and acquire fine outcome.
