52例过敏性紫癜患者放射性肾图的研究

本文报告52例过敏性紫癜患者放射性肾图的研究。其中正常图形占31.7%,异常图形占68.3%。按 RI 值判定肾功能,104个肾脏中肾功能正常、轻度受损、中度受损和严重受损所占百分率分别为70.2%、12.5%、10.6%和6.7%,其损害程度随病程延长而增加,若及时治疗可减轻损伤和恢复功能。作者认为放射性肾图检测肾功能较其它实验检查灵敏,值得临床采用。

Research of radioisotope renogram in 52 cases with Anaphylactoid purpura

This paper reports the research of radioisotope renogram in 52 patients with Anaphylactoid purpura.Normal renogram was noted in 31.7% patients,abnormal in 68.3%.Using RI to estimate the renal function,the rates of normal,mildly impaired,mediumly impaired and seriously impaired renal function were 70.2,12.5,10.6 and 6.7 percent respectively among all 104 kidneys.The severity of renal disfunction tends to be increased with the duration of disease,but that treatment may be in time for the patients can reduce deterioration and recover funation.The author's conclusion is that using radioisotope renogram to estimate the renal function is more sensitive than other laboratory metheds and recommend it to be used clinically.
