趋化因子诱骗受体D6的研究进展

趋化因子诱骗受体D6是非典型的趋化因子受体之一,与典型的趋化因子受体结构相似,可以高亲和性结合炎性CC趋化因子,但无法传递信号,不能趋化及活化细胞。其主要功能是对炎性CC趋化因子内化并清除,在控制炎症、调节免疫等方面发挥作用。该文对其结构特点、表达特点、基本功能及与疾病关系的研究现状予以综述。

Research Progress of Chemokine Decoy Receptor D6

Chemokine decoy receptor D6 is one of the atypical chemokine receptors.Similar to typical chemokine receptors,D6 binds to inflammatory CC chemokine with high affinity,but can neither activate the signal pathway,nor chemoattract and activate the target cells.The function of D6 is mainly to internalize and scavenge inflammatory CC chemokines and play an important role in controlling inflammation and regulating immune response.Here is to make a review on the research progress of D6 from the aspects of the characteristic of structure,expression,basic function,and the relationship with diseases.
