| 摘 要： | 脊髓损伤后深静脉血栓的预防和治疗是脊髓损伤手术成功与否的关键之一。预防方法主要包括知识教育、功能训练、弹力袜的使用以及药物预防等;治疗方法则多采取抗凝治疗、溶栓治疗、手术治疗等。越来越多的预防和治疗方法的应用,为脊髓损伤后深静脉血栓的预防以及形成血栓患者的治疗提供了多种选择,且其效果显著。现对脊髓损伤后深静脉血栓的预防和治疗进展予以综述。 |

| Abstract: | The prevention and treatment in deep vein thrombosis after spinal cord injury is one of the keys to successful operation.The prevention methods mainly includ health education,functional training,stockings treatment and drug prevention.The treatment methods mainly includ anticoagulant therapy,thrombolytic therapy,surgery,and so on.More and more prevention and treatment methods have been put into application which provid a variety of options for the patients with significant effects.Here is to make a review on the progress in prevention and treatment in deep vein thrombosis after spinal cord injury. |
