缺血性脑血管病与颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的相关性研究

目的探讨颈部血管粥样硬化斑块及其稳定性与缺血性脑血管病的关系。方法选取2011年9月至2012年6月在新疆维吾尔自治区人民医院住院的缺血性脑血管病患者174例为观察组及同期健康体检者160例为对照组,均进行颈动脉彩色多普勒超声检查,并采用统计学χ2检验比较两组动脉粥样硬化斑块发生率及其稳定性。结果观察组动脉粥样硬化斑块和不稳定性斑块的发生率分别为72.4%和71.4%,对照组动脉粥样硬化斑块和不稳定性斑块的发生率分别为31.2%和36.0%,观察组明显高于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(χ2=56.66、18.95,P<0.05)。结论颈动脉粥样硬化斑块产生及其稳定性与缺血性脑血管病发生存在明显相关性。

Clinical Study on Correlation between Ischemic Cerebrovascular Disease and Carotid Atherosclerotic Plaque

Objective To explore the relationship of carotid atherosclerotic plaque and its stability with ischemic cerebrovascular disease.Methods From Sep.2011 to June 2012,People′s Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region had checked 174 cases(Observation Group) of ischemic cerebrovascular disease and 160 cases(Control Group) of normal control group of objects with color Doppler examination of carotid,and the incidences and stabilities of plaques were compared by statisticalχ2 test.Results Observation Group′s incidence of atherosclerotic plaque and unstable plaque was respectively 72.4% and 71.4%,while that of Control Group was respectively 31.2% and 36%.Both incidences of Observation Group were significantly higher than that of Control Group with statistically significant differences(χ2=56.66 and 18.95,P<0.05).Conclusion Carotid atherosclerotic plaque and its stability is significantly correlated with ischemic cerebrovascular disease.
