| 摘 要： | 目的探讨腰大池持续引流配合双侧脑室外引流治疗脑室铸型出血的疗效。方法对彬县县医院36例脑室铸型出血患者采用双侧侧脑室外引流术和腰大池持续引流治疗,观察其治疗效果。结果经过治疗后,27例存活,9例死亡。随访3～6个月后按Glasgow结果评分(GOS)对患者进行评价:优良14例,轻残8例,重残3例,植物状态2例。结论腰大池持续引流配合双侧脑室外引流治疗脑室铸型出血,操作简便,疗效确切,是救治脑室铸型出血患者的有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate effect of lumbar continuous drainage in external drainage treatment in intraventricular hemorrhage casting.Methods The effects of 36 cases of lumbar continuous drainage in drainage treatment in intraventricular hemorrhage casting from Bin County Hospital were observed.Results After treatment,27 cases survived,9 cases died.During the follow-up of 3-6 months,according to GOS,14 were good prognosis,8 were slight disabled,4 were severe disabled,2 were vegetative state.Conclusion Lumbar continuous drainage treatment in external drainage treatment in intraventricular hemorrhage casting is a simple and effective method. |
