新生儿黄疸经皮胆红素测定部位的选择

对64例新生儿黄疸患儿常规检测部位（前额正中部位）和遮盖部位（光疗时眼罩遮盖的前额眉心部位）同时进行经皮脸红素（TcB）测定。结果显示，光疗后在常规部位的TcB读数较光疗前明显降低，12h后，又明显增高。在遮盖部位，光疗结束时的TcB读数较光疗前有所降低，12h后，则没有明显变化。因此，光疗后应选择光疗时遮盖的部位进行经皮胆红素测定，从而避免光疗对测定结果的影响，能更准确地评价患儿的黄疽程度。

The Selection of the Location for Transcutaneous Bilirumetry in Light Therapy

64 jaundiced neonates were meassured with transcutaneous bilirumeter for the jaundice index on the fore hed and superciliary narch whar was coveral during photo therapy respetively. The result shawal that the jaundice index in the tmcovend place decreased greally after the tboy was over, but the index wen up again 12 hours later. The index on the covred place did not show this change. It is suggested that the covered place is a better site for meassuring jaundice index be it can avod the effort of phototherapy on the meassuring result and make the result more accurate.
