3种方法检测尿红细胞和白细胞的比较

目的探讨IQ-200全自动尿沉渣定量分析仪、Sysmex UF-500i尿沉渣定量分析仪及AX-4280尿干化学分析仪在尿液常规分析中的临床应用价值。方法随机选取本院521例住院患者晨尿标本,分别用AX-4280尿干化学分析仪、IQ-200全自动尿沉渣定量分析仪及Sysmex UF-500i尿沉渣定量分析仪进行检测,分析多个参数结果。结果 (1)3种方法对尿液中红细胞(RBC)、白细胞(WBC)的检出率较一致。(2)3种方法对RBC检测敏感度略高于WBC的敏感度。(3)尿沉渣定量分析与干化学法结合能大大提高对RBC、WBC检测的敏感度。结论尿沉渣定量分析仪与干化学分析仪敏感度较高,二者联合应用具有较高的准确性和敏感度,能提高工作效率。

Analysis and research of urine RBC and WBC determined by IQ-200 urine sediment qnantitative analyzer,Sysmex UF500i urine sediment analyzer and AX-4280 urine dipsticks analyzer

Objective To evaluate the clinical values of IQ-200 fully automatic urine sediment quantitative analyzer,SysmexUF-500i urine sediment analyzer and AX-4280 urine dipsticks analyzer in urine routine examination. Methods The morning urine samples from 521 inpatients in our hospital were randomly selected and detected by AX-4280 urine dipsticks analyzer,lQ-200 fully automatic urine sediment quantitative analyzer and SysmexUF-500i urine sediment analyzer for analyzing the several parameters results. Results （1）The detection rate of urine RBC and WBC by three kinds of methods were more consistent. （2）The sensitivity of three kinds of test method to RBC was higher than that to WBC. （3）The combination of the urine sediment quantitative analysis and the urine dipsticks analysis could obviously increased the sensitivity of RBC and WBC detection. Conclusion The sensitivity of the urine sediment quantitative analyzer and the dipsticks analyzer is higher. Their combination use has higher accuracy and sensitivity,then would improve the work efficiency.
