个体化颈椎刚柔保健枕防治颈型颈椎病的临床对照研究

目的观察个体化颈椎刚柔保健枕防治颈型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法2008-06-2010-06我院门诊诊治颈型颈椎病患者120例,随机分为治疗组与对照组(各60例),分别采用枕颌带牵引与个体化颈椎刚柔保健枕治疗,治疗3周后评价临床疗效,并观察治疗6个月前后的颈椎曲度、颈部残障指数(NDI)与生存质量(SF-36)评分的改变。结果治疗3周后,治疗组的疗效与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前的颈椎曲度、NDI与SF-36之间比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。治疗6个月后,两组患者颈椎曲度、NDI和SF-36与治疗前比较,均有明显的改善(均P<0.01);治疗组患者治疗后的颈椎曲度、NDI和SF-36与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论个体化颈椎刚柔保健枕防治颈型颈椎病疗效满意。

Clinical controlled study on the curative effect of individualized health care pillow coupled hardness with softness on the prevention and treatment of neck type cervical spondylosis

Objective To explore the effect of individualized health care pillow coupled hardness with softness on the prevention and treatment of neck type cervical spondylosis.Methods 120 cases with neck type cervical spondylosis were randomly divided into control group(n=60)and treatment group(n=60).The patients in control group received cervical traction and the ones in treatment group were treated with individualized health care pillow coupled hardness with softness.The curative effect after 3 weeks treatment and the cervical curvature,neck disability index and quality of life of the patients in two groups before and after 6 months were observed.Results After three weeks treatment,among the patients in control group,10 patients got excellent result,34 good,16 fair,and 0 poor.In the treatment group,17 patients got excellent result,40 good,3 fair,and 0 poor.The analysis showed significant difference(P<0.05).After 6 months,the cervical curvature,neck disability index and quality of life of the patients in two groups improved significantly compared with before treatment(all P<0.01).The cervical curvature,neck function and quality of life in treatment group were better than control group(all P<0.01).Conclusion Individualized health care pillow coupled hardness with softness is a simple,and effective method not expense for the prevention and treatment of neck type cervical spondylosis.
