摘 要: | 目的探讨提高剖宫产产妇母乳喂养自我效能的方法。方法将200例剖宫产产妇随机分为对照组(n=98)和实验组(n=102),对照组给予剖宫产产后常规健康教育,实验组除了同对照组进行常规健康教育外,同时采用参与式健康教育,并用母乳喂养自我效能量表进行效果评价。结果实验组产妇母乳喂养自我效能得分高于对照组,差异有显著性(P〈0.05)。结论参与式健康教育能提高剖宫产产妇母乳喂养自我效能。

Abstract: | Objective To investigate how to improve breast feeding self-efficacy of parturients undergoing cesarean section.Methods 200 parturients undergoing cesarean section were divided into the trial group(n=102) and control group(n=98).The parturients of the control group were just given routine health education,while those in the trial group were given participatory health education.Breastfeeding Self-efficacy Scale(BSES) was used to evaluate the effects.Results There was significant difference(P〈0.05) on the score of breast feeding self-efficacy between the trial group and control group.Conclusion Participatory health education can improve the breast feeding self-efficacy of parturients undergoing cesarean section. |
