IRVAN综合征

特发性视网膜血管炎、动脉瘤和视神经视网膜炎综合征是一种病因不明的较为少见的视网膜血管炎性疾病。其炎症来源尚不明确,以典型的眼底表现为特征,患者视力严重受损,且预后不佳。视网膜激光光凝术对部分病例可能有效,但目前临床上尚无确切的治疗方法。本文对国内外各相关报道进行综述,为临床诊治提供一定的参考。

IRVAN syndrome

Idiopathic retinal vasculitis,aneurysms,and neuro-retinitis syndrome(IRVAN syndrome)is a rare retinal disease mainly related to retinal vasculitis,and the etiology is still unknown.The cause of the inflammation is unclear.Patients with IRVAN have obviously visual impairment,and prognosis is not well.Retinal photocoagulation is useful for some case,but there is not an effective and unified treatment plan at present.This paper reviews an overview of international and domestic reports concerned in order to provide the essential reference for the clinical treatment.
