中西医结合治疗脑栓塞临床效果分析

目的:分析中西医结合治疗脑栓塞临床疗效。方法:将90例脑栓塞患者随机均分为综合组和西医组,两组均采用常规治疗,综合组在常规治疗基础上加用补阳还五汤。治疗2周后评价两组患者疗效、神经功能缺损和生活指数评分。结果:综合组总有效率(91.11%)高于西医组(75.56%)(P0.05)。治疗后,综合组与西医组在NHSS及BI评分上均优于治疗前(P0.05)。治疗后综合组NHSS及BI评分均优于西医组(P0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗脑栓塞效果优于单用西医治疗。

Clinical effectiveness analysis on treating cerebral embolism in the integrative medicine

Objective:To analyze the clinical effects of the integrative medicine in treating cerebral embolism. Methods:90 patients with cerebral embolism were randomly divided into the comprehensive group and modern medicine group. All cases were taken conventional treatment, and comprehensive group was added the Buyang Huanwu decoction. After 2 weeks of treatment, the efficacy, neurological deficit and living index score of the two groups were evaluated. Results:The total effective rate of comprehensive group (91.11%) was higher than that of modern medicine group (75.56%) (P<0.05). After treatment, NHSS and BI scores of two groups were better than that of before treatment (P<0.05). NHSS and BI scores of the comprehensive group are better than that of modern medicine group (P<0.05). Conclusion:The effect of the integrative medicine was better than that of only using modern medicine.
