参芪扶正注射液对晚期肺癌患者化疗反应影响的临床观察

目的:观察参芪扶正注射液联合化疗对改善晚期肺癌患者生活质量的影响。方法:以参芪扶正注射液配合化疗治疗36例晚期肺癌患者,并与单纯化疗30例作对照。观察治疗组和对照组患者治疗后的一般情况、生活质量和毒副反应。结果:治疗组患者的神疲乏力、食欲减退、恶心呕吐等胃肠道反应低于对照组,治疗组患者的白细胞下降、及血小板下降的发生率,亦低于对照组。结论:参芪扶正注射液配合化疗治疗晚期肺癌能减轻药物毒性,明显改善患者神疲乏力、食欲减退、胃肠道等症状,并能提高患者的生存质量。

Clinical observation of the Shenqi Fuzheng injection on the response to chemotherapy in advanced lung cancer patients

Objective:To observe the Shenqi Fuzheng injection plus chemotherapy for advanced lung cancer patients to improve the quality of life. Methods:36 patients with advanced lung cancer patients were given the Shenqi Fuzheng injection plus chemotherapy for treatment and compared with 30 patients of chemotherapy alone. Observed treatment group and compared group patients after the general quality of life and toxicity. Results:The treatment group of patients with god weary force, anorexia, nausea and vomiting gastrointestinal reaction lower than those of the control group, and the occurrence of leukopenia and thrombocytopenia of the treatment group were also lower than that of the compared group. Conclusion:The Shenqi Fuzheng injection plus chemotherapy for advanced lung cancer can reduce drug toxicity, improve the patients’ fatigue, loss of appetite, gastrointestinal symptoms such as and improve the quality of life of patients.
