同期腔内治疗前列腺增生并膀胱结石56例疗效观察

目的：探讨前列腺增生合并膀胱结石同期手术的临床疗效与安全性。方法对同期施行经尿道前列腺气化电切术及输尿管镜钬激光碎石术的56例前列腺增生合并膀胱结石患者的临床资料进行了回顾性分析。结果56例患者均一次处理成功，术后1个月前列腺窝出血导致膀胱填塞1例，出现2例尿道狭窄，经定期尿道扩张后好转，无严重并发症发生。结论经尿道前列腺气化电切术联合输尿管镜钬激光碎石术同期治疗前列腺增生合并膀胱结石疗效满意。

Efficacy observation of simultaneous minimally invasive surgery for 56 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia combined with bladder calcul i

Objective To investigate the safety and clinical effect of simultaneous minimally invasive sur-gery for benign prostatic hyperplasia （BPH） combined with bladder calculi. Methods Clinical data of 56 cases of simultaneous minimally invasive surgery （respectively transurethral electrovaporization of prostate and ureteroscopic Holmium laser lithotripsy） for BPH combined with bladder were reviewed retrospectively. Results All cases were successful treated in one operation. One month after the surgery, there were one case of baldder tamponade caused by prostatic fossa hemorrhage and 2 cases of occurred urethral stricture which were cured without serious complications by regular urethral dilatation. Conclusion The curative effect of simultaneous minimally invasive treatment （respec-tively transurethral electrovaporization of prostate and ureteroscopic Holmium laser lithotripsy） for patients with BPH and bladder calculi is satisfactory.
