摘    要:
目的: 探讨甲基强的松龙(MP)对大鼠急性脊髓损伤组织C9,CD59表达的影响.方法: 采用改良Allen重物打击法制成SD大鼠脊髓急性损伤模型,观察MP组与生理盐水(NS)组在伤后12 h和1,3,5,7 d时间点损伤组织C9,CD59阳性反应物的表达部位及时程,并比较两组间差异.结果: MP组在伤后各个时间点C9阳性表达均明显轻于NS组(P <0.05);MP组在伤后12 h和1,3 d时间点CD59的表达明显轻于NS组 (P <0.05),伤后5,7 d时间点两组间无显著差异.结论: MP可抑制补体系统激活减轻继发性脊髓损伤.

Abstract:
AIM: To discuss the effects of methylprednisolone on C9 and CD59 expression in rat acute spinal cord injury tissue.METHODS: SD rat acute spinal cord injury models were established by Allen's assay.The expression sites and time phase of C9 and CD59 positive reactants were observed in methylprednisolone group and normal saline group at 12 h ,1,3,5 and 7 d after injury and the differences between the two groups were differentiated.RESULTS: C9 positive expression in methylprednisolone group at each time point was significantly less than that in normal saline group (P< 0.05) .CD59 expression in methylprednisolone group at 12 h,1 and 3 d after injury was significantly less than that in normal saline group (P< 0.05) and there was no obvious difference between the two groups at 5 d and 7 d after injury.CONCLUSION: Methylprednisolone can relieve secondary spinal cord injury by inhibiting the activation of the complement system.
