银杏叶提取物对早期糖尿病肾病大鼠的治疗作用

目的　观察银杏叶提取物 (Ginkgobilobaextract,EGb)对早期糖尿病肾病 (diabeticnephropathy,DN)的疗效。方法　建立早期DN大鼠模型 ,并随机分为正常对照组、DN模型组、EGb高剂量组 ( 15 0mg·kg-1)、EGb低剂量组 ( 5 0mg·kg-1) ,每日灌胃给药 ,4周后观察空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白 (HbA1C)、尿白蛋白、BUN、总抗氧能力 (T -AOC)、谷胱甘肽 (GSH)、一氧化氮 (nitricoxide ,NO)以及肾重与体重的比值和肾脏病理切片光镜下的形态学变化情况。结果　EGb高剂量组的血糖、HbA1C、尿白蛋白、BUN、NO显著低于DN模型组 ( P <0 .0 5 ) ,而GSH则高于模型组 ;EGb低剂量组的以上指标除NO明显低于DN模型组以外 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,其余指标在两组之间无显著性差异(P >0 .0 5 )。光镜下EGb高剂量组的肾组织形态和DN模型组相比有一定的改善。结论　提示EGb具有抗氧化作用和改善肾功能的作用 ,对早期DN大鼠具有一定防治作用

The therapeutic effect of Ginkgo biloba extract on early diabetic nephropathy in rats

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of Ginkgo biloba extract (EGb) on early diabetic nephropathy (DN) in rats. Methods The animals were divided into 4 groups: normal control, DN model, low-dose test and high-dose test. EGb 50 mg/kg and 150 mg/kg for 4 weeks were given to the DN rats of the latter two groups respectively. Biochemical indices and histopathology were studied to evaluate the effect of EGb. Results Urine albumin and the levels of plasma glucose, HbA1C, BUN and NO were significantly decreased and that of GSH was increased in the high-dose test group, as compared to the DN model group (P<0.05 or P<0.01). But these indices, except the level of NO, were not significantly improved in the low-dose test group (P>0.05). The pathological changes of kidney were alleviated in the high-dose test group. Conclusion EGb has anti-oxidative effect and can alleviate the early symptoms in DN rats.
