| 摘 要： | 目的：通过ＭＵＧ－Ｉｎｄｏｌｅ法和中国药典法对大肠杆菌变异情况考察，选出较优的大肠杆菌检验方法，方法：ＭＵＧ－Ｉｎｄｏｌｅ法和中国药典法配对试验，结果：两法无显著性差异。结论ＭＵＧ－Ｉｎｄｏｌｅ法优于中国药典法。 |
