主动免疫治疗复发型人乳头瘤病毒感染

目的 观察以树突细胞疫苗为主的主动免疫治疗,对人乳头瘤病毒感染致反复复发生殖器尖锐湿疣的临床疗效。方法 将39例反复复发3次以上,顽固型尖锐湿疣患者,按知情同意原则,随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组均首先行冷冻或高频电刀治疗,以去除大部分疣体组织,随后对照组用干扰素、抗病毒药物治疗,治疗组则采用主动免疫治疗。结果 治疗组复发率为20%,复发间期平均4wk,细胞免疫功能有显著改善;对照组复发率80%,复发间期7d。结论 主动免疫治疗方法对于反复复发,顽固型人乳头瘤病毒感染的生殖器尖锐湿疣有显著疗效。其机制有待进一步研究。

Immunotherapy in recurrent condyloma acuminatu m with human papillomavirus

AIM　To investigate whether immunotherapy have the cap acity to stimulat e immunoresponse against condyloma acuminatum (CA) caused by human papillomaviru s (HPV), and whether the immunotherapy is effective to recurrent CA. MET HODS　Thirty-nine cases of recurrent CA were randomly divided into two groups: the treatment group and the control group. The former contained 19 cases and the later 20 cases. A ll cases in both groups were given laser or freezing therapy at first, then case s in control group additionally accepted INF-αand anti-virus drug, cases in t re atment group additionally accepted immunotherapy only. RESULTS　 Recurrent rat e in the control group was 80%, but in the treatment group, the recurrent rate w a s only 20%, the time between treatment and recurrent being 7 days in the control group but 4 weeks in the treatment group (P<0.05), and the immune functions CD 3, CD4, CD8 were improved in the treatment group (P<0.05). CONCLUSIO N　Immunotherapy including dendritic cells can reduce recurrent rate, extend recurrent time of C A caused by HPV and improve patients' immune function.
