免疫靶向治疗在非小细胞肺癌中的研究进展

随着对肿瘤分子发病机制的研究深入，肿瘤发生和发展的免疫学机制逐渐成为研究热点。近年来，肿瘤的免疫靶向治疗取得显著进展，有望成为晚期非小细胞肺癌治疗的一种重要手段。本文简要综述了近年来有关非小细胞肺癌免疫靶向治疗方面的研究进展。

Targeted immunotherapy in non-small cell lung cancer

With the understanding of the mechanism on tumor molecular pathogenesis,the immunological mechanism of occurrence and development of malignancies has gradually become a hot research topic.In recent years,significant progress has been made in field of targeted immunotherapy, which may become a promising strategy in treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer.In this paper,recent advances of targeted immunotherapy in non-small cell lung cancer are reviewed.
