基层医院护士心理压力的测量与分析

目的了解基层医院护士的心理压力程度及其影响因素。方法采用中文版知觉心理压力量表和中文版一般健康量表，以自填式问卷调查方式对本院护士进行调查，计算两量表的得分，用SPSS12．0软件进行单因素分析和logistic回归分析。结果一般健康量表得分表明，护士有心理障碍的比例为38．6％；知觉心理压力量表得分显示，58．7％的护士存在健康危险压力。单因素和多因素分析的结果显示，该护士人群中不同学历、职称及有无子女的心理健康和心理压力问题比较一致。结论基层医院护士有心理障碍的比例明显高于社会一般人群，有健康危险压力的比例高于城市一般女性人群，提示该人群的心理压力问题较严重，关注和改善基层医院护士的心理健康和心理压力问题迫在眉睫。

Measurement and analysis on mental health and stress among nurses in primary hospital

Objective To explore the stress and factors affecting nurses',mental health in primary hospitals.Method Samples were interviewed by self-filled questionnaires.Stress and mental health were measured by Chinese Perceived Stress Scale(CPSS)and Chinese Health Questionnaire(CHQ).All the data were analyzed by the SPSS 12.0.Result A total of 151 subjects were investigated.The results of CHQ showed that 38.6% of samples had psychiatric problem.CPSS analysis showed that 58.7% of nurses have Health Risk Stress(HRS).Conclusion The proportions of mental disorders and HRS among nurses in primary hospital were distinctly higher than normal female population in city.It is urgent and important to pay attention to the mental health among nurses in primary hospial and improve their mental health.
