| 摘 要： | 目的 了解个性特征，社会支持与上岗前医科毕业生心理状态的关系。方法 以ＥＰＱ，ＳＳＲＳ和ＳＣＬ－９０对上岗前医科毕业生进行自评调查。结果 医科毕业生典型个性特征和不同社会支持之间ＳＣＬ－９０多个维度均有显著性差异（Ｐ〈０．０５￣０．０１），相关性分析、回归分析也得出类似结果。结论 良好个性和社会支持对即将参加工作的医科毕业生的心理状态有重要影响。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To understand personality,social support and SCL 90 in 248 medical graduates before having job in Dongguan.Method 248 graduates were investigated with self design general condition questionary,EPQ,SSRS and SCL 90.Result There were differences sigificantly in the scores of SCL 90 between typical personality and different social support in the 248 graduates.Correlate and regression analysis showed that the results were similar.Conclusion It is important in the mentation of having job graduates to provid with well personality and social support. |
