高尿酸血症与老年人脑梗死关系临床研究

目的对比研究高尿酸血症与老年人脑梗死的关系,探讨早期预防、治疗高尿酸血症的必要性。方法将近5年住院的60岁以上的347例脑梗死患者分为脑梗死组,同期入院的60岁以上的非脑梗死、非冠心病的304例其他疾病患者为对照组,对两组患者的血尿酸、血脂、血糖、血压进行分析、对比研究。结果脑梗死组高尿酸血症阳性为33·43%,对照组为11·51%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0·001);同时将血脂异常、糖尿病、高血压等多因素与高尿酸血症进行多因素回归分析表明,高尿酸血症与老年人脑梗死呈正相关,有统计学意义(回归系数=0·6846,P=0·0014,OR=1·983)。结论高尿酸血症是老年人脑梗死的独立危险因素,应积极预防、治疗高尿酸血症,减少老年人脑梗死的发生。

To study the relationship between hyperuricemia and elderly cerebral infarction

Objective To study the rilationship between hyperuricemia and elderly cerebral infaction.To explore the importance of early prevention and treatment for hyperuricemia.Methods There were 347 cases of over 60 years old in-patiets diagnosed cerebral infaction group.There were 304 cases of over 60 years old in-patients diagnosed no cerebral in faction and no coronary heart disease from January 2002 to June 2006 in the control group.To study and analyze the uric acid and blood fat and blood glucose and blood-pressure in two groups.Results The positive rate of hyperuricemia was 33.43% in the group of cerebral infarction.But the positive rate of hyperuricemia was 11.51% in the control group.There was marked difference in two groups(P<0.001).These risk factors of high uric acid and high blood fat and high blood glucose and high blood-pressure were analysed.The sesult was shown positive correlation between hyperuricemia and elderly cerebral infarction(P=0.0014,OR=1.983).Conclusion Hyperuricemia are marked risk factor of elderly cerebral infarction.We should actively prevent and treat hyperuricemia,and then to lower elderly cerebral infarction.
