儿童期特发性男性乳腺发育的临床病理及免疫组化观察

摘    要:目的阐明儿童期特发性男性乳腺发育(CIG)的性质。方法对37例儿童特发性乳腺进行临床病理学形态观察及免疫组化检测妊娠中特异β-1-糖蛋白(SP1)、癌胚抗原(CEA)、上皮膜抗原(EMA)和角蛋白(KT)的表达。结果 SP1、CEA、EMA、KT在CIG与正常乳腺中表达无显著性差异(P>0.05),但与乳腺癌比较,上述指标SP1、CEA、KT在二者中有高度显著性差异(P<0.01),EMA有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论上述结果提示CIG是一种近似正常的良性增生。

Abstract:Objective In order to elucidate the quality of childhood idiopathic male gynecomastia ( CIG) . Methods The pathological morphology with nake eye and light microscope, and expression of pregnancy - specific beta - 1 - glycoprotein (SP1), carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA), epithelial membrance antigen (EMA) and keration (KT) by immunohistoche-mical technique in 37 cases were observed. Results There was no significant difference (P > 0.05) of SP1, CEA, EMA, and KT presence in both CIG and normal breast, but there were significant difference (P<0.01) of SP1, CEA, KT in both CIG and breast carcinoma, and there was difference (P<0.05) of EMA between two groups. Conclusion Above results suggest that CIG was a benign hyperplasia, approaching normal.
