| 摘 要： | 目的 评价临床科室质量改进策略实施效果,持续提高医疗质量.方法 将某三甲医院临床科室按照是否进行手术分为两大类,依据各医疗质量指标2013年与2012年的比值,评价临床科室医疗质量改进效果.结果 非手术科室死亡率明显下降,手术科室非计划再手术率、术后并发症发生率下降,其它指标也有一定程度改善.但也存在一些问题,提示临床科室应采取措施针对性改进.

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze medical quality improvement in clinical departments of a hospital,and to continue improving quality of health care.Method The clinical departments were divided into two categories according to operation,and the quality indicators ratio of 2013 and 2012 was used to evaluate medical quality improvement effect.Result The mortality of non surgical departments decreased obviously.In surgical departments,the unplanned reoperation rate and incidence of postoperative complications were decreased.And other indicators had also improved to some extent.Furthermore,problems were also existed and countermeasures should be taken for improvement. |
