蒙药特色药材黑冰片对大鼠实验性结肠炎作用的研究

摘    要:目的:探讨特色蒙药材黑冰片对大鼠结肠炎的治疗作用及机理。方法:三硝基苯磺酸钠加50%乙醇,配制成1ml含20mg·mL^-1溶液,每只鼠灌肠0.5ml制成结肠炎模型。实验动物随机分为对照组、模型组、醋酸可的松1mg·mL^-1组、黑冰片2g·kg^-1组、0.5g·kg^-1组。连续ig10d。实验结束后测定大鼠WBC、ESR,处死后观察结肠黏膜的变化并按损伤程度积分;取病变肠组织测定匀浆中SOD、MDA、GSH、NO变化。结果:造模组体重下降,饲料消耗减少,与模型组比较,给药组大鼠体重与饲料消耗无明显差异;肉眼可见模型组结肠黏膜层有不同程度的充血、增生、溃疡,黑冰片高、低剂量组,损伤程度明显减轻,病损抑制率分别为29.0%(P〈0.05)、25.8%(P〈0.05);WBC比模型组降低9.7%、3.7%;ESR降低21.4%(P〈0.05)、11.9%;肠组织匀浆SOD提高14.2%(P〈0.01)、11.2%(P〈0.05);MDA降低25.0%(P〈0.05)、12.5%(P〈0.05);GSH提高17.8%(P〈0.05)、12.5%(P〈0.05);NO降低15.6%(P〈0.05)、6.3%。结论:黑冰片可防治大鼠实验性结肠炎引起的黏膜损伤.

Abstract:Objectlve:To observate the effects of black spar(calcined manure of wild- pig)on clitis and Methods: Wistar rats randomly divided into five groups, normal group, model group, positive group, treated group 5g·kg^-1 ,0.5g·kg^-1 . Ciitis rats induced by TNBS(trinitrobenzene sulfonic acid sodium)were used observate the effects of black spar in rots with gradated evaluation of intestinal mucosa damage, homogenats on superoxide dismutase (SOD), maleic dialdehyde (MDA), glutathion ( GSH ), nitrogen oxide ( NO ), blood on white cell ( WBC ), and sedimentation. Results: after 10 days, gradated of intestinal mucosa damage and NO, MDA levels of model group are higher than the normal group, SOD, GSH levels of model group are lower than the normal group. Compared with the model group,gradated of intestinal mucosa damage and the NO, MDA levels of treated group aer lower, SOD, GSH levels of treated group aer higher. Conclusion:black spar has significant effect on the experimental clitis in rats.
