| 摘 要： | 教师是学校建设发展的主体。没有高水平的师资队伍,就不可能有高质量的教育。随着经济社会的飞速发展和高等办学规模的不断扩大,进一步加强师资队伍建设成为高校发展亟待解决的问题。文章就师资队伍建设的目标确定、师资培养、教师选用等方面的问题进行了系统分析,提出了对策。 |

| Abstract: | Teachers are the main force of the university's development.High-quality education is not possible without high-level teaching staff.With rapid economic and social development and constantly expanded university scale,it is urgent to further strengthen the building of university teaching staff.The article systematically analyzes the relationships that should be grasped regarding goal setting,teacher training and teacher recruitment.Countermeasures are put forward. |
