| 摘 要： | 目的评估使用ANGIOGUARDTMXP远端滤网保护系统和PRECISETM自膨胀支架治疗颈动脉狭窄的可行性及安全性。方法对12例经脑血管造影确诊的、符合颈动脉支架成形术治疗指征的颈动脉狭窄患者，在ANGIOGUARDTMXP远端滤网保护系统下置入PRECISETM自膨胀支架，观察各临床指标。结果手术成功率100％，10例行预扩张中4例（40．0％）出现颈动脉窦反应，2例（16．7％）术中发生颈内动脉远端痉挛，术中滤网保护系统捕获栓子的阳性率41．6％，围手术期内无症状性卒中和死亡事件的发生，近期随访均未发现支架内再狭窄。结论使用ANGIOGUARDTMXP远端滤网保护系统和PRECISETM自膨胀支架治疗颈动脉狭窄是一种相对安全有效的方法，长期疗效有待进一步观察。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the feasibility and safety of carotid artery stenosis with ANGIOGUARDTMXP protection filter system and PRECISETM self-expanding Stent. Methods To analyze clinical observation index of 12 cases diagnosed by cerebral angiography, and in accordance with carotid angioplasty and stenting. Results The success ratio of operation was 100%.
