疏肝活血方联合阿德福韦酯治疗HBeAg阳性慢性乙型肝炎随机平行对照研究

[目的]观察疏肝活血方联合阿德福韦酯治疗HBeAg阳性慢性乙型肝炎疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将92例住院患者按就诊顺序编号分为两组。对照组46例阿德福韦酯,10mg/次,1次/d,口服。治疗组46例疏肝活血方(茵陈、郁金各4g,泽兰8g,白术6g,白芍10g,茯苓、枳壳各8g,柴胡20g,金钱草8g,赤芍4g),1剂/d,水煎200mL,早晚口服。阿德福韦酯治疗同对照组。连续治疗30d为1疗程。观测临床症状、时间指标、CLDQ评分、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈18例,有效24例,无效4例,总有效率91.30%。对照组痊愈14例,有效19例,无效13例,总有效率71.74%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P0.05)。时间指标(肝功指标复常时间、HBeAg检测结果完全转阴时间、临床药物治疗方案实施总时间)治疗组少于对照组(P0.05)。CLDQ评分两组均有改善,治疗组改善优于对照组(P0.05)。[结论]疏肝活血方联合阿德福韦酯治疗HBeAg阳性慢性乙型肝炎效果显著,值得推广。

Shugan Huoxue Decoction Combined with Adefovir Dipivoxil in the Treatment of HBeAg Positive Chronic Hepatitis B patients Randomized Controlled Study

[ Objective ] To observe the Shugan Huoxue recipe combined with adefovir dipivoxil in the treatment of HBeAg positive chronic hepatitis B patients. [ Methods ] Using randomized controlled methods, 92 cases of hospitalized patients were randomly divided into two groups numbering method. A control group of 46 cases of adefovir dipivoxil, 10mg/; 1 /d, oral. The treatment group of 46 cases of Shugan Huoxue Recipe （Yinchen, Yujin each 4g, Zelan 8g, Baizhu 6g, Baishao 10g, Fuling, Jike each 8g, Chaihu 20g, Jinqiancao 8g, Chishao 4g ）, 1 doses of/d, water simmer in water 200mL, sooner or later oral. Adefovir dipivoxil treatment with the control group. Continuous treatment with 30d for 1 courses. Observation of clinical symptoms, the time index, CLDQ score, adverse reaction. 1 courses of treatment, the curative effect. [ Results ] The treatment group cured 18 cases, effective 24 cases, invalid 4 cases, the total efficiency of 91.30%. The control group cured 14 cases, effective 19 cases, invalid 13 cases, the total efficiency of 71.74%. The treatment group was better than control group （ P〈 0.05 ） . The time index （ index of liver function recovery time, the results of HBeAg clinical drug treatment program complete clearance time, implementation of the total time ） treatment group was less than that of the control group （ P〈 0.05 ） . The CLDQ score of two groups were improved, the treatment group was better than the control group （ P〈 0.05 ） . [ Conclusion ] Shugan Huoxue Decoction Combined with adefovir dipivoxil in the treatment of HBeAg positive chronic hepatitis B effect is significant, worthy of promotion.
