针灸联合推拿三步九法治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎随机平行对照研究

[目的]观察针灸联合推拿三步九法治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将60例门诊患者按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组30例针灸:取穴天枢、足三里、脾俞、胃俞、中脘、关元、章门、大肠俞,30min/次,1次/d。治疗组30例推拿三步九法;第一步:取俯卧位,推拿按摩背部两侧膀胱经,自上而下由膈腧穴到大肠俞按摩5min,拇指按法1~2min膈俞、脾俞、大肠俞、胃俞、膏肓俞。拇指推拿背部的两侧膀胱经,2min左右,小鱼际擦法横擦肾俞、督脉、命门,使其透热;第二步:取仰卧位,掌揉法和掌摩法分别按摩神阙穴2min和小腹7min。拇指按揉法按摩天枢、关元、中脘和气海各1min,拇指点法对足三里、太冲和阴陵泉各进行点按1min,直到有局部酸痛感觉为止;第三步:取坐位,对胁肋和肩背用双手搓法搓3~5遍;针灸治疗同对照组。连续治疗10d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效23例,有效6例,无效1例,总有效率96.67%。对照组显效15例,有效11例,无效4例,总有效率86.67%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P0.05)。[结论]针灸联合推拿三步九法治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎效果显著,值得推广。

Thumb by kneading massage day pivot, guan yuan, chung wan and sea each 1 min, foot thumb point method of three mile, lr 3 and Yin ling spring for each click 1 min, until local ache feeling. Step 3 ： take a seat, at the side rib and the shoulder with both hands to rub rub 3 ~ 5 times. Acupuncture treatment with the control group. Continuous treatment of 10 d to 1 course of treatment.
