健脾化瘀抑萎汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎随机平行对照研究

[目的]观察健脾化瘀抑萎汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将53例住院患者按病志号抽签简单随机分为两组。对照组26例维酶素,0.8g/次,3次/d;症状较重可用吗丁啉,20mg/次,3次/d;阿莫西林胶囊,5g/次,3次/d。治疗组27例健脾化瘀抑萎汤(党参20g,苍术、焦白术各10g,茯苓15g,炙甘草、莪术各10g,丹参15g,姜半夏10g,陈皮6g;泛酸加黄连、吴茱萸各3g,煅瓦楞子15g;肠上皮化生加刺猬皮12g,黄芪30g,乌梢蛇10g;胃黏膜脱垂加升麻、柴胡各6g,枳壳15g;胃黏膜糜烂加炒薏苡仁15g,桂枝6g;幽门螺杆菌(HP)阳性加蒲公英、白花蛇舌草各30g),1剂/d,水煎400mL,早晚温服;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗90d为1疗程。观测临床症状、幽门螺杆菌、胃黏膜性状、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈9例,有效16例,无效2例,总有效率92.59%。对照组痊愈5例,有效14例,无效7例,总有效率73.08%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P0.05)。[结论]健脾化瘀抑萎汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎效果显著,值得推广。

Western medicine treatment with the control group. Continuous treatment of 90 d to 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions. As a course treatment, judge curative effect. [ Results ] the treatment group, 9 cases recovered effectively in 16 cases, ineffective in 2 cases, total effective rate was 92.59%. The control group recovered in 5 cases, 14 cases effeclively, 7 had no effect, the total effective rate was 73.08%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group （P〈0.05） . [ Conclusion ] The spleen blood Withers soup treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis suppression effect significantly, is worth promoting.
