苓桂丹附汤联合常规治疗脾肾虚痰瘀型糖尿病肾病120例临床观察

[目的]观察苓桂丹附汤联合常规治疗脾肾气虚兼痰瘀型糖尿病肾病疗效。[方法]对120例住院患者①苓桂丹附汤(茯苓20g,泽泻、猪苓各15g,桂枝、附子、牡丹皮、山茱萸、柴胡各10g,芍药、陈皮、甘草各5g),1剂/d,水煎300mL,早晚温服。②常规治疗。连续治疗60d为1疗程。观测临床症状、生化指标、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]显效86例,有效28例,无效6例,总有效率95.00%。生化指标(UA、Scr、FBG、PBG)各项指标均有改善(P0.05)。[结论]苓桂丹附汤联合常规治疗脾肾气虚兼痰瘀型糖尿病肾病效果显著,值得推广。

Dan Gui Ling Conventional Treatment Combined with Soup Phlegm Spleen and Kidney Deficiency Type 120 Cases of Diabetic Nephropathy

[ Objective ] To observe the effect of GUI Dan soup combined with conventional treatment of spleen and kidney qi deficiency and phlegm stasis type diabetic nephropathy. [ Methods ] A total of 120 cases of hospitalized patients with the Ling Gui Dan Fu decoction （ Fuling 20g, Zexie, Zhuling each 15g, Guizhi, Fuzi, Danguipi, Shanzhuyu, Chaihu each lOg, Shaoyao, Chenpi, Ganao each 5g）, agent/d, water simmer in water 300mL, morning and evening clothes. The conventional treatment. Continuous treatment with 60d for 1 courses. Observation of clinical symptoms, biochemical index, adverse reaction. 1 courses of treatment, the curative effect. [ Results ] Markedly 86 cases, effective 28 cases, invalid in 6 cases, the total efficiency of treatment 95%. Biochemical indexes （ UA, Scr, FBG, PBG ） have the index improvement （ P〈 0.05 ） . [ Conclusion ] Ling Gui Dan Fu decoction combined with conventional treatment of spleen qi deficiency and phlegm stasis type diabetic nephropathy effect is significant, worthy of promotion.
