镇肝熄风汤联合硝苯地平治疗肝肾阴虚型高血压随机平行对照研究

[目的]观察镇肝熄风汤联合硝苯地平治疗肝肾阴虚型高血压疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将80例门诊患者按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组34例硝苯地平控释片,30mg/次,1次/d。治疗组46例镇肝熄风汤加减,怀牛膝、生代赭石、生龙骨、生牡蛎、生龟板各30g,生白芍15g,玄参12g,天冬15g,川楝子10g,生麦芽、茵陈各15g,甘草6g,头痛头晕剧烈加天麻、石决明各10g,钩藤、菊花各15g,川芎10g,丹参15g;心悸失眠加远志12g,夜交藤、炒枣仁各15g,茯神12g,1剂/d,水煎300mL,早晚分服。西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗4周为1疗程。观测临床症状、中医证候、血压、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效29例,有效16例,无效1例,总有效率97.82%。对照组显效18例,有效13例,无效3例,总有效率91.18%。两组均有降压效果(P0.05)。中医证候疗效治疗组优于对照组(P0.05)。[结论]镇肝熄风汤联合硝苯地平治疗肝肾阴虚型高血压临床症状改善显著,值得推广。

A control group of 34 cases Nifedipine Controlled Release Tablets, 30mg/ times, 1 times /d.The treatment group of 46 cases of Zhenganxifeng Decoction of Achyranthes bidentata, red ochre, keel, oysters, tortoise plastron of each 30g , root of herbaceous peony 15g, Radix Scrophulariae 12g, asparagus 15g, Kawa Ko 10g, malt, Artemisia 15g, licorice 6G, headache and dizziness fierce add Gastrodia elata 10g, abalone 10g, rhynchophylla, chrysanthemum 15g, Chuanxiong 10g, Danshen 15g; palpitation and insom nia add Polygala 12g, Caulis Polygoni Muhiflori, fried Zaoren each 15g, Poria 12g, 1 doses of/d, water simmer in water 300mL, sooner or later the service.Nifedipine treatment with the control group. Continuous treatment for 4 weeks as 1 course of treatment. Observationof clinical symptoms, TCM syndrome, blood pressure, adverse reaction. 1 courses of treatment, the curative effect. 29cases of group therapy [ Results ] 16 cases were effective, 1 cases ineffective, the total efficiency of 97.82%. The control group was 18 cases, effective 13 cases, invalid 3 cases, the total efficiency of 91.18%. All antihypertensiveeffect of the two groups （P〉 0.05 ） . The control group of TCM syndrome curative effect in treatment group （ P 〈 0.05 ） . [ Conclusion ] The clinical symptoms of Zhenganxifeng decoction combined with nifedipine in the treatment of liver kidney yin deficiency type hypertension improved significantly, worthy of promotion.
