半夏泻心汤联合腹针治疗胃食管反流病随机平行对照研究

目的]观察半夏泻心汤联合腹针治疗胃食管反流病疗效。方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将120例住院患者按抛硬币法将其分为两组。对照组60例多潘立酮,10mg/次,3次/d,口服。奥美拉唑,20mg/次,2次/d,口服。治疗组60例①半夏泻心汤(川黄连、干姜、炙甘草各5g,半夏12g,黄芩10g,党参15g),1剂/d,水煎300mL,早晚口服;胃虚寒加麦冬、百合、石斛、北沙参各19g;胃燥热加蒲公英、焦山栀、丹皮各10g,且去干姜。②腹针。运用40*25mm针进行行气、侯气与催气,针刺主要部位:关元、中脘、天枢,并以梁门、承满和下脘作为辅助针刺部位,2min/次,3次/d。连续治疗30d为1疗程。观测临床症状、反酸、胸痛及烧心改善现象、胃镜分级、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。结果]治疗组痊愈19例,显效18例,有效21例,无效2例,总有效率96.67%。对照组痊愈15例,显效13例,有效21例,无效11例,总有效率81.61%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P0.01)。反酸、胸痛及烧心改善现象、胃镜分级两组均有改善,治疗组改善优于对照组(P0.05)。结论]半夏泻心汤联合腹针治疗胃食管反流病效果显著,值得推广。
