针灸治疗颈椎病随机平行对照研究

[目的]观察针灸治疗颈椎病疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将90例门诊患者按抛硬币法随机分为两组。对照组45例常规治疗,止痛剂、镇静剂、维生素(如B1、B12)。治疗组45例针灸,主穴:风池,风府,肩井,天宗,合谷,曲池,绝骨,内关,颈夹脊,肩中俞,肩外俞;根据症状取穴,平补平泻,行绝骨及风池穴针刺操作,依据体质及辨证虚实,选用补泻手法;留针20min~30min,并行TDP照射颈部操作,1次/d。连续治疗10d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗3疗程,疗程间间隔2d,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈28例,显效10例,有效5例,无效2例,总有效率95.56%。对照组痊愈12例,显效12例,有效11例,无效10例,总有效率77.78%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P0.01)。[结论]针灸治疗颈椎病效果显著,值得推广。
