针灸治疗面神经麻痹46例临床观察

[目的]观察针灸治疗面神经麻痹疗效。[方法]将46例门诊及住院患者针灸治疗,侧重症状重一边,针灸手法用深刺、重捻。主穴取患侧攒竹、阳白、太阳、丝竹空、四白、下关、牵正、颧髎、颊车、迎香、人中、地仓、承浆、夹承浆,配以健侧合谷、太冲,患侧外关、中脘、足三里,双侧风池,针刺深度,春夏浅刺、秋冬深刺,手法采用平补平泻,留针30min/次,1次/d。拔针后艾条点燃温灸,再局部按摩。连续治疗10d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗3疗程,疗程间间隔2d,判定疗效。[结果]痊愈38例,显效5例,有效3例,无效0例,总有效率为100.00%。[结论]针灸治疗面神经麻痹效果显著,值得推广。
