针灸+按摩联合常规综合疗法治疗缺血性脑卒中偏瘫?随机平行对照研究

[目的]观察针灸+按摩联合常规综合疗法治疗缺血性脑卒中偏瘫疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将106例住院患者按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组53例常规治疗。治疗组53例中西医综合疗法。连续治疗90d为1疗程。观测症状、体征积分、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]症状、体征积分(神经功能缺损评分、牛津残障评分、患肢运动功能、日常生活能力及生存质量评分)两组均有改善(P0.05),治疗组改善优于对照组(P0.05)。[结论]中西医综合疗法联合常规治疗缺血性脑卒中偏瘫效果显著,值得推广。

Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Therapy Combined with Conventional Treatment of Hemiplegia after Ischemic Stroke Random Parallel Controlled Study

[Objective] Clinical observation of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy combined with conventional treatment of ischemic stroke. [Methods] Using randomized controlled Methods,will be divided into two groups according to random number table,106 cases of hospitalized patients. 53 cases of the control group conventional treatment. The treatment group 53 cases in western medicine therapy. Continuous treatment with 90d for 1 courses. Observation of symptoms and signs,score,adverse reaction. Continuous 2 courses of treatment,the curative effect. [Results] Symptoms,signs points（nerve function defect score,Oxford disability score,ability of daily life and quality of life in patients with limb motor function,score）two groups were improved（P〈0.05）,the treatment group was better than the control group（P〈0.05）.[Conclusion] Integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy combined with conventional treatment of ischemic stroke effect is significant,worthy of promotion.
