血府逐瘀汤治疗糖尿病失眠症随机平行对照研究

[目的]观察血府逐瘀汤治疗糖尿病失眠症疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将80例门诊患者按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组40例地西泮,5mg/次,1次/d,晚间口服。治疗组40例血府逐瘀汤(桃仁12g,当归、生地黄、红花、赤芍、牛膝各9g,川芎、桔梗、枳壳、柴胡各6g,甘草3g),1剂/d,水煎300mL,早晚口服;心虚胆怯加珍珠母、远志、石菖蒲;痰瘀加陈皮、半夏;烦躁易怒加栀子、黄连;腹胀加莱菔子、神曲。连续治疗28d为1疗程。观测临床症状、PSQI评分、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈19例,显效10例,有效8例,无效3例,总有效率92.50%。对照组痊愈10例,显效7例,有效12例,无效11例,总有效率72.50%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P0.05)。PSQI评分两组均有改善(P0.05),治疗组改善优于对照组(P0.05)。[结论]血府逐瘀汤治疗糖尿病失眠症效果显著,值得推广。

Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction in Treating Diabetes Insomnia Randomized Parallel Controlled Study

[ Objective ] To observe the effect of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction in treating diabetes insomnia. [ Methods ] Using randomized controlled methods, 80 patients were randomly divided into two groups. A control group of 40 cases of diazepam, 5mg/, 1 /d, evening oral. The treatment group of 40 eases of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction （Taoren 12g, Dangui, Shengdihuang, Honghua, Chishao, Niuxi each 9g, Chuanxiong, Jiegen, Jike, Chaihu each 6g, Gancao 3g）, 1 doses of/d, water simmer in water 300mL, sooner or later oral; timid timid add Zhenzhumu, Yuanzhi, Shichangpu;Sputum silt add Chenpi, Banxia;Irritability add Zhizi, Huanglian; abdominal distention add Laifuzi, Shenqu. Continuous treatment with 28d for 1 courses. Observation of clinical symptoms, PSQI score, adverse reaction. 1 courses of treatment, the curative effect. [ Results ] The treatment group cured 19 cases, effective in 10 cases, effective 8 cases, invalid 3 cases, the total efficiency of 92.50%. The control group cured 10 cases, effective in 7 cases, effective 12 cases, invalid 11 cases, the total efficiency of 72.50%. The treatment group was better than control group （P〈0.05） . The PSQI score of two groups were improved（P〈0.05 ）, the treatment group was better than the control group（P〈0.05 ）. [ Conclusion ] Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction in treating diabetes insomnia effect is significant, worthy of promotion.
