天麻素注射液治疗椎基底动脉供血不足随机平行对照研究

摘    要:
[目的]观察天麻素注射液治疗椎基底动脉供血不足疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将106例住院患者按就诊顺序编号简单随机分为两组。对照组53例20mL丹红注射液+250mL0.9%生理盐水,1次/d,静滴。治疗组53例0.6g天麻素注射液+250mL0.9%生理盐水,1次/d,静滴。连续治疗14d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效31例,有效18例,无效4例,总有效率92.45%。对照组显效24例,有效14例,无效15例,总有效率71.70%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P0.05)。[结论]天麻素注射液治疗椎基底动脉供血不足效果显著,值得推广。

Abstract:
[ Objective ] Tianma Injection vertebrobasilar insufficiency treatment efficacy. [ Methods ] Random parallel control method, 106 cases of hospitalized patients were randomly divided into two groups. The control group 53 cases Danhong injection 20mL + saline 250mL, 1 times / d, intravenous infusion. Treated 53 cases of Tianma Injection 0.6g + saline 250mL, 1 times / d, intravenous infusion. 14d is a continuous course of treatment. Observing clinical symptoms of adverse reactions. A course of treatment to determine efficacy. [ Results ] 31 cases markedly effective in 18 cases, 4 cases, the total efficiency of 92.45%. The control group 24 cases markedly effective in 14 cases, 15 cases, the total efficiency of 71.70%. Treatment group than the control group ( P 〈0.05 ) . [ Conclusion ] Tianma Injection treatment of vertebral basilar insufficiency effect is significant, it is worth promoting.
