赵氏雷火灸、针刺联合西药治疗风寒侵袭型周围性面瘫37例临床观察

[目的]观察赵氏雷火灸、针刺联合西药治疗风寒侵袭型周围性面瘫疗效。[方法]使用前瞻性设计方法,对37例住院患者使用①赵氏雷火灸,灸患侧鱼腰、四白、迎香、颊车、下关、合谷,每雀啄9次为一状,每状之间用手压一压,每穴各雀啄7状,配合适当手法。②针刺,穴位消毒,取患侧阳白、四白、攒竹、太阳、下关、颧髎、迎香、牵正、地仓;水沟、承浆,对侧合谷穴,留针30min,1次/d。③强的松片(天津天药药业股份有限公司,国药准字H12020689,5mg/片),2g/次,3次/d,7d后减量;维生素B1(东北制药集团沈阳第一制药有限公司,国药准字H21021686,10mg/片),10mg/次,3次/d;静滴抗病毒及活血化瘀营养神经药物;发病1周内使用。连续治疗10d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治愈29例,显效4例,有效2例,无效2例,总有效率94.60%。[结论]赵氏雷火灸、针刺联合西药治疗风寒侵袭型周围性面瘫,疗效满意,无副作用,值得推广。
