清心化痰汤治疗小儿痰热咳嗽随机平行对照研究

[目的]观察清心化痰汤治疗小儿痰热咳嗽疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将住院90例患者按抛硬币法随机分为两组。对照组45例肺力咳合剂,4~7岁10mL/次,7岁15mL/次,3次/d,口服;细菌感染加头孢克洛,20mg/次,1次/d,口服。治疗组45例清心化痰汤(杏仁、黄芩、茯苓各10g,瓜蒌9g,胆星、浙贝、法夏、陈皮各6g,枳壳、榔片、焦楂、甘草各3g),1剂/d,水煎200mL,3次/d,口服。治疗30d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈22例,显效12例,有效8例,无效3例,总有效率93.33%。对照组痊愈16例,显效8例,有效12例,无效9例,总有效率80.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P0.05)。[结论]清气化痰汤治疗小儿痰热咳嗽疗效显著,可明显改善患儿临床症状,减少痰液,临床价值高,值得推广。
