针刺结合穴位按摩治疗周围性面瘫随机平行对照研究

目的]观察针刺结合穴位按摩治疗周围性面瘫疗效。方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将56例门诊患者按抽签法随机分为两组。对照组28例泼尼松,30mg/次,2次/d,3d后改为10mg/次,连用1周。维生素B1,100mg/次,1次/d,肌注。维生素B2,1000ug/次,每周1次,肌注。治疗组28例针灸治疗,取穴:同侧颈夹脊、攒竹、丝竹空、四白、阳白、地仓、颊车、颧髎、迎香、下关、翳风、双侧合谷;人中沟歪斜配水沟;鼻唇沟平坦加迎香;颏唇沟歪斜加承浆;味觉消失、舌麻加廉泉;迎风流泪、目赤配睛明;素体赢弱配足三里、曲池。常规消毒针刺得气后,留针30min,1次/d。起针后点按耳后翳风、颈夹脊及面部攒竹、太阳、印堂、颊车、地仓、人迎、承浆、四白等腧穴及相关神经分布区域3~5min/次,1次/d。连续治疗10d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗3疗程,疗程间间隔1d,判定疗效。结果]治疗组痊愈13例,显效8例,有效5例,无效2例,总有效率92.86%。对照组痊愈6例,显效5例,有效8例,无效9例,总有效率73.08%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P0.05)。结论]针刺结合穴位按摩治疗周围性面瘫效果显著,值得推广。
