个人数字助理在优化临床护理工作流程中的应用

目的 探讨个人数字助理（PDA）应用于临床护理的效果。方法 2005年5月开始在临床6个病区试用,2006年9月在全院71个病区全面应用PDA于临床护理工作,包括床旁采集患者体征数据,及时准确完成护理记录,简化医嘱执行流程,同步记录护理操作耗材,共享信息生成交班报告。结果 护士从大量繁琐、低效的工作环节中解脱出来,提高了工作效率。1名护士中午采集体温、脉搏、呼吸等各项体征数据并绘制体温单由原来平均需1 h缩短为0.5 h;原来需要2 h左右才能书写完成的交班报告,通过护理记录的信息共享0.5 h即可生成;护理工作向无纸化和信息化发展,使病区纸质护理表格使用量较前减少了13%;为患者直接护理时间增加,提高了患者满意率（2005年为97.96%,2006年为99.50%,2007年为99.66%）;护理文书合格率由2005年的97.82%上升到2007年的99.78%。结论 PDA可优化临床工作流程,提高护理质量、工作效率、护理安全性和服务质量,降低护理成本。

Application of Personal Digital Assistant (PDA) in Optimizing Clinical Nursing

Objective To explore the efficacy of application of Personal Digital Assistant （PDA） in clinical nursing. Methods The application began to be made on the trial basis in 6 wards in May, 2005, and in all the 71 in Sept., 2006. The work included patient bedside physical signs collecting, timely nursing record making, simplification of doctor＇s order fulfilling, immediate recording of nursing consumables, and information sharing for the making of shift report. Results Work efficiency was increased. The time taken for collecting patient bedside physical signs was shortened from 1 h to 0.5 h; the shift report, which used to take about 2 hours, could now be completed within 0.5 hour due to inforamtion sharing; depaperization and infromationalization reduced the paper form consumption by 13%; the increase in direct nursing time increased patient satsifaction （97.96% for 2005, 99.50% for 2006, 99.66% for 2007）; and the rate qualified of nursing records was increased from 97.82% in 2005 to 97.78% in 2007. Conclusion PDA could optimize clinical nursing, improve nurisng quality, efficiency and safety and lower the nursing cost.
