摘    要:
目的:探讨了支气管肺炎患儿治疗前后血清NO、NOS和GM-CSF水平的变化及意义.方法:分别应用放免法和化学法对48例支气管肺炎患儿进行了治疗前后血清NO、NOS和GM-CSF水平检测,并与35名正常健康儿作比较.结果:治疗前血清NO、NOS和GM-CSF水平均非常显著地高于正常儿组(P<0.01),经治疗后1周则与正常儿比较无显著性差异(P>0.05).结论:检测血清NO、NOS和GM-CSF水平的变化与疾病发生和发展有密切的关系,并有重要的临床价值.

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the clinical significance of changes of serum NO, NOS and GM-CSF levels after treatment in children with bronchopneumonia. Methods Serum GM-CSF levels were determined with RIA, and serum NO, NOS levels were determined with biochemical methods both before and after treatment in 48 children with bronchopneumonia as well as in 35 controls. Results Before treatment the serum concentrations of NO, NOS and GM-CSF in the patients were significantly higher than those in controls (P<0.01). After treatment for one week the levels of NO, NOS and GM-CSF in the patients were not much different from those in the controls (P>0.05). Conclusion Detection of serum NO, NOS and GM-CSF levels were useful for assessment of therapeutic efficacy.
