中西医结合治疗口腔溃疡54例疗效观察

目的:观察中西医结合疗法治疗口腔溃疡的临床疗效.方法:将108例患者随机分为中西医组和西医组各54例,中西医组给予中药汤剂口服和维生素B12,维生素B2、庆大霉素外用,西医组给予左旋咪唑口服和过氧化氢溶液清洗.结果:总有效率中西医组为92.59%,西医组为77.78%,中西医组优于西医组(P＜0.05);中西医组3天愈合例数大于西医组(P＜0.01),中西医组愈合天数明显短于西医组(P＜0.01).结论:中西医结合疗法治疗口腔溃疡疗效确切.

Treating 54 Cases of Dental Ulcer with Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

Objective： To observe clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in treating dental ulcer. Method： All 108 cases were randomly assigned into group of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine and group of western medicine. Group of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine were administered with oral herbal decoction, vitamin B~2, vitamin B2 and gentamicin for external use, western medicine group received oral levamisote and hydrogen dioxide solution for external application. Result： Total effective rate of group of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine was 92.59%, superior to 77.78% of western medicine group significantly （P〈0.05）; Number of healing cases within three days for group of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine was more than western medicine group（P〈0.01）, healing days for group of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine was less than western medicine group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Treating dental ulcer with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine can gain definite curative effects.
