针灸疗法治疗胆道手术后胃肠功能紊乱32例

目的：观察针灸疗法治疗胆道手术后胃肠功能紊乱的临床疗效。方法：将96例患者随机分为针刺组、针灸联合组和对照组,3组均给予围手术期常规治疗,其中针刺组、针灸联合组分别给予针刺治疗,针灸联合组在此基础上加用艾灸治疗。结果：症状积分3组治疗前后组内比较,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）;治疗后针刺组、针灸联合组与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）;治疗后针灸联合组与针刺组比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。总有效率针刺组、针灸联合组明显高于对照组沪〈0．05）,针灸联合组高于针刺组（P〈0．05）。结论：针灸疗法治疗胆道手术后胃肠功能紊乱疗效显著。

Therapy of Acupuncture and Moxibustion in Treating 32 Cases of Gastrointestinal Dysfunction after Biliary Tract Surgery

Objective： To observe clinical effects of acupuncture-moxibustion therapy in treating gastrointestinal dysfunction of patients undergoing biliary tract surgery. Method： Ninety-six patients were randomly divided into needle group, control group and group of acupuncture ＆ moxibustion. Three groups received perioperative treatment; needle group and group of acupuncture ＆ moxibustion were administered with needle therapy, acupuncture and moxibustion respectively. Result： Comparisons among three groups before and after treating indicated statistical meaning in scores of symptom （P〈0.05）; comparisons among three groups after treating demonstrated statistical meaning aider treating （P 〈0.05）; comparison between needle group and group of acupuncture ＆ moxibustion after treating manifested statistical meaning （P 〈0.05）. Total effective rate of needle group and group of acupuncture ＆ moxibustion were remarkably higher than that of control group （P〈0.05）, group of acupuncture ＆ moxibustion was higher than needle group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Needle therapy is effective in treating gastrointestinal dysfunction after biliary tract surgery.
