人工关节置换术联合中药治疗老年股骨粗隆骨折60例临床研究

目的：观察人工关节置换术联合中药治疗老年股骨粗隆骨折的-临床疗效。方法：将120例老年股骨粗隆骨骨折患者随机分为观察组、对照组，每组60例。对照组采用人工关节置换术治疗，观察组在对照组治疗基础上于术前、术后内服健脾益肾活血方，1剂／d，水煎分2次服，连续用药2周。结果：观察组治愈率为76．67％，总有效率为96．67％；对照组治愈率为63．33％，总有效率为80．00％。2组治愈率、总有效率相比，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。创口愈合时间、住院天数、术后至负重时间观察组明显短于对照组（P〈0．05）。2组均未出现明显不艮反应及并发症。结论：人工关节置换术联合中药治疗老年股骨粗隆骨骨折临床疗效显著。

Clinical Study on Artificial Joint Replacement Combined with Herb in Treating 60 Cases of Senile Femoral Intertrochanteric Fracture

Objective： To approach clinical effects of artificial joint replacement and herb in the treatment for senile femoral intertrochanteric fracture. Method： All 120 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 60 cases each group. Control group received artificial joint replacement while observation group took herbs before and after treating which can invigorate spleen and kidney as well as activate blood, one dose each day and taking twice, for two consecutive weeks. Result： Cure rate of observation group was 76.67%, total effective rate was 96.67%; while cure rate of control group was 63.33%, total effective rate was 80.00%, comparison of both groups had statistical meaning in cure rate and total effective rate （P〈0.05）. Healing time of the wound, hospital days and load time of observation group were shorter than control group （P〈0.05）. There was no remarkable adverse reaction and complication occurred in both groups. Conclusion： It is effective in treating senile femoral intertrochanteric fracture with artificial joint replacement and herb.
