| 摘 要： | 目的:考察戊二醛灭菌剂的性能指标确定其消毒时限。方法:对戊二醛4种性能指标的变化进行监测,并对试验数据进行分析。结果:当戊二醛灭菌剂使用至第5周时,致病菌的杀菌对数<5、抑菌环直径<7 mm,表明其已失去有效杀菌能力。结论:我院手术室常规使用的戊二醛灭菌剂的消毒时限应为4周。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To verify the disinfection time limit of the glutaraldehyde in clinical use through the experiment.Methods:We Monitored four changes of the performance of glutaraldehyde continually,and analyzed investigation data.Results: When the glutaraldehyde was used for 5 weeks,the logarithm of sterilization< 5,the diameter of inhibition zone< 7 mm,which indicated it had lost the effective disinfection ability.Conclusion:In hospital operating room,the disinfection time limit of the glutaraldehyde is 4 weeks. |
