| 摘 要： | 目的 研究子痫前期孕妇外周血及脐血中CD4＋CD25＋T细胞的比例变化，探讨CD4＋CD25＋T细胞在妊娠免疫中的作用。方法 应用流式细胞技术检测孕妇外周血及脐血中CD4＋CD25＋T细胞的比例变化。结果 子痫前期孕妇外周血及脐血中CD4＋CD25＋T细胞比例较低，低于同孕期的正常妊娠组P〈0.05）。结论 CD4＋CD25＋T细胞在妊娠期高血压疾病的发生发展中发挥一定作用。

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate the shift of the percentage of CD4 ＋ CD25 ＋ T cells at preeclampsia in peripheral blood or cord blood of pregnant female. To explore the role of CD4 ＋ CD25 ＋ T cells in abnormal pregnancy. Methods ： To measure the shift percentage of CD4 ＋ CD25 ＋ T cells in the peripheral blood or cord blood of pregnant women by fluorescence - activated cell sorter （FACS） lysis method. Results ： The percentage of CD4 ＋ CD25 ＋ T cells of peripheral blood or cord blood was lower than that of normal pregnant women （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： CD4 ＋ CD25 ＋ T cells may play important roles on the abnormal pregnancy - preeclampsia and feto - maternal tolerance. |
