| 摘 要： | 目的:分析老年腹股沟疝应用无张力修补术15例的临床资料。方法:使用美国巴德公司的疝环充填物及网状补片,对15例老年股沟疝病人进行无张力修补手术。结果:本组15例患者均获痊愈,术后随访3～12个月无复发病例,治疗效果优。结论:无张力疝修补术具有术式合理、操作简单、并发症少、复发率低等优点,值得临床推广应用,尤其适合老年患者。

| Abstract: | Objective:To analyze the application of tension-frece plug for the aged groin hernia repair.Methods:The mesh&plug tension free hernia was administered in 15 cases of groin hernia,Bard Mard Mesh&Perfix plug offered by Bard Company in U.S.A. Resnlts:All the patients in this group had healed.No any case had recurrened after 3～12months during followed-up.The effect of treatment is excellent.Conclusion:The mesh&plug tension-free hernia repair is a reasonable operation,easy to manipulated,few complication,lower re currence.This method in treating groin hernia is worth to be advocated,especially for the aged. |
