| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨超声乳人工晶体植入联合小梁切除术的方法，评价其疗效。方法：对５５例６２只青光眼合并白内障行超声乳化人工晶体植入联合小梁切除术。结果：术后视力恢复迅速，３６眼〉０．５，术后眼压控制好，５４眼眼压〈１８ｍｍＨｇ，术后有角膜水肿等并发症。结论：超声乳化工晶体植入联合小梁切除术安全有效。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the methods and effects of phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation combined with trabeculectomy.Methods:55 cases 62 eyes were treaded with phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation combined with trabeculectomy.Results:The visual acuity improved quickly,36 eyes had corrected visual acuity>0 5(58 1%).The intraocular pressuer decreased after surg,54 eyes<18mmHg(87 1%).The complication after surg was corneal edema.Conclusions:the phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation combined With trabeculectomy was safe and effective. |
